We went to the Grosvenor and played roulette on the £1 tables / Black Jack with twenty/ thirty other punters. Maybe I am wrong in my assumption but last night myself and my two friends couldn’t wait to leave as it felt so depressing that a once lively, warm venue was now like a morgue! Surely it’s these punters who lose 40/60 pounds a visit that pays the staff wages or does the casino just cater for the occasional big spender to arrive and lose a wad of money. ![]() As someone in business I couldn’t understand why the casino did not try and encourage more punters into the casino. Apparently it was minimum £5 bet a couple of weeks ago. The atmosphere was gloomy and of an establishment going under. Six staff stood around the table as it seems they had nothing else to do. ![]() One roulette table open with a minimum £2 chip bet. First visit in 18 months and was extremely disappointed. ![]()
